Do you bring your own cleaning products ?

Yes, we do, but we are open and happy to use the products that you provide. We can also use eco-friendly products if you prefer, just let us know.
How many people will clean my place?

Usually a crew of two, but depending on the size of your home or office, it might be more in order to get the job done efficiently.
How do i book a cleaning service or get an estimate?

You can book through our website, by phone or by text message - you can also send us video walk through of your place (please tell us exactly what you need) and we'll get you covered!
Should i tip my house cleaners?

We allow all our cleaners to accept tips, at your very own discretion.

Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

Payment is due the day the service is performed.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Check.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your house cleaning appointment.

Here are our policies:

* No Charge within 48 hours notice.

* $50 dollar fee within one day notice.

* Full Charge for same day notice.

Our company understand that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning services. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home.

For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a full charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted. We are happy to serve you.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you'are not happy, we will make it right. (We must be notified within 24 hours of our service).
